On day three in Beijing I checked out a place known as 798 Art Zone or 798 Art District if you’re a local, and as you can see it’s jam-packed full of some the coolest sculptures on the planet, not only this but the whole site used to be a military factory about 50 years ago leaving some great historic buildings dotted around to snap away with your camera (there’s even an old locomotive!). I also visited the Summer Palace unfortunately but not uncommon here, the smog had got really bad so proved difficult to get the snaps I envisioned but still got a few lucky breaks!
